Grimaldi Access ProBono is a service designed to support young entrepreneurs in new projects. ProBono provides access to interviewed candidates from previous processes, allowing startups to connect with talent they might otherwise have a challenge to attract, all at no cost.

The service is based on recommendations from existing clients who are aware of new companies in their networks that are seeking employees.

Criteria for accessing ProBono
– Recommendation
– Unique technology and/or niche
– Established for a maximum of 18 months
– Scalable business model
– Has received or is seeking funding
